Utter nonsense

I bought a bed laptop and tablet from ellerines however my bed got delivered but not my other goods I contact the call centre and ask them what's going on then I'm told they do not have stock in cape town it will take about 3 weeks to get the laptop ordered and so on I told them well cancel the contract they told me they gonna investigate they phoned me the next day asking me if I spoke to the store manager and did we reach an agreement I said yes as they assured me they will find me a laptop asap however the 3 weeks is over. I still received nothing I went in to the store thrice this week all they say its on its way but it just never gets to me I then went to another store that falls under the same group about 5km away and they have stock of these items y not ibt the stock from them??? This is not on!!! I drive on my expense to the store for excuses everytime I'm getting sick of it
