Inconsistent Call Centre Agents

I ordered 3 items 2 months ago. 1 was delivered & the other 2 not. After the delivery of the 1 item I called the call centre equiring when I can expect the other 2 items & was informed within 2/3 weeks. 2/3 weeks later & I call again. To my surprise I was informed that I have received 2 of the items & the other 1 item has been cancelled because I dont have sufficient credit on my account. The courier company() they used made notes on the system that they have received a signed proof of delivery from me for 2 items when infact I only received 1. Now in my mind, if I didn't call to follow up on the order I was going to be blacklisted eventually for not paying for the "2 items" received. They dont even call to follow up & confirm the receival of goods with the actual client who ordered the goods, nor do they speak the same language on seperate occasions because surely if the 3rd item was cancelled the second consultant should've known this? There I was under the impression I was going to get my goods in a matter of weeks. The final consultant was very helpful but now I have to make an affidavit stating the facts. I cancelled the entire order as a result! I am very annoyed!
