Waste of time & money

I took back a kettle that was bought on the 4th of this mnth and took another one. When I got home I saw the lid is cracked!!! My daughter phoned the store and a store clerk said they'll get the manager to call me! It's been 2 hours and no call from this manager!!! It's a disgrace I must waste my time and money on their defects and sloppy service!!! I might rather have contacted that program on TV that deals with consumers who are done in by stores like them!!!
