Staff don't know what they doing

I was in this store yesterday and needed the unsweetened black strap molasses for my mother, another store assistant got the guy who works in that isle to come help us as there are two and I didn't know which one. He told me to take the one that I'm stuck with now as it's a better one and it's unsweetened. Got home and my mom told me it's the wrong one!!! The one he gave me is the sweet one!!! Why the have they got untrained people there wasting our time and money??? We sitting with a pot of this stuff that isn't going to be used because she doesn't use this one!!! That means wasting more of my time and money to go back to this store run by diliquents that employ stupid people that wasted our time and unnecessary travelling costs!!! Pathetic service!!!
