Bad attitude by store manage

I bought the kettle last year and is still under guarantee and now is no longer working.i have gone to the jetmart midrand to return it.the first thing i got a bad attitude from the security at the door. she said she cant go and call the store manager as there is no one she can leave at the door and i waited for about 30 minutes without any help.after so long time waiting the store manager came and i told him my problem and he said unfortunately he is going to give me the same kettle and only if he is got the same kettle in the branch or he cant do anything because i dont have the box of the kettle and if he is giving me the new kettle it carries over to the old kettle's guarantee because he can't give me the new guarantee. i told him that i did speak to the customer service and he said they can't tell him anything because its his store and he is playing by his rules.i called the other guy from customer service his name is Kenny and his number is 011 4989069 and he told me that they must give me the new kettle or refund me and give me my money back but he didn't and he refused to speak to Kenny.
