Don't ever buy a voucher from them!

Whilst shopping on a saturday afternoon, I decided to use my gift voucher on a stunning clock at @home Clearwater branch. What a waste of 2 hours of my time. When wanting to pay for the clock, I was told my voucher had already been used on a purchase. Once I refuted this they phoned headoffice to find out that the voucher had been used at that exact moment in that particular store. But because this didn't reflect on their system even though it had at headoffice, they refused to sell me the clock and let me pay the difference even though the system had proof that the card was redeemed, although it hadn't reflected on the individual till on which the purchase had been made on. The manager on duty, Mvula did try his best to resolve it but his efforts were futile as your customer care line was completely non-responsive. I will never ever again ask for a gift voucher from your stores and I will use this complaint to urge others not to waste their time with one either. This process was a complete waste of my one and only day off from work for the month.
