Went in to the Makro store on the 23 June 2013 to get a refund on a kettle I had bought, stood in the exchange department for a while trying to explain to the lady that I did not want to exchange or send the kettle in for a repair as I needed the kettle urgently and just wanted to buy a new one, so she decided to call the Manager who was Having Lunch at wimpy By the way he watched the entire event take place as though he was watching a tv programme, he then strolls by and starts going on and on and telling us that we becoming personal with him, really what does that mean all i wanted was to get a refund and by s new kettle so I could have a decent cup of tea and get told by him, sorry but he needs urgent training on how to deal with customers he got the eating part down. I am so upset cause I travelled all the way from Sandton only to waste my time and go back home with the broken Kettle, I have never felt so irritated with service like this before... HE NEEDS URGENT TRAINING REALLY... Don't Ever Make A customer feel like... I PROMISE I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECIEVED...
