Sale item was never in stock to sell

So yesterday I got my clicks booklet with the July2013 specials, I went to the store almost immediately to indulge on the deals... However the one specific product (breakfast set Red toaster and Kettle @R299, unsure about the brand name) I wanted to purchase was out of stock... in fact it was never in stock according to the store manager even worse that NO other clicks within the Western Cape received their portion of the batch to sell. Now the store I was at took down my # and promised to call me SHOULD this product come in. The store Manager also noted that her specific store was not to get this product as 'only available in certain stores' according to my pamphlet and the millions of others you distributed clearly has NO astrix indicating that the store shouldn't get it.

I really want this set - and I want it at the price you advertised. Its unlawful to advertise something you don't have and never had in stock to sell. (CPA - Consumers Protecters Act)

I would appreciate some feedback and not an apology necessarily (I've never really had a problem with any of your branches) but a 'rain check' AND info regarding on process
