On 25th October we went to game pavilion to exchange a kettle that was bought from smith street game. However we went during extended trading hours and it was near closing time and staff was not very helpful.
Why open till late if your staff are not interested in customers.
We couldn't exchange product as manager was not there and they had already cashed up and she needed the manager to look up codes.
Not wanting to be helped by someone that was not interested we left.
23 November we went back to game pavilion to exchange the kettle and was told by premila gobind the manageress that our kettle was bought from smith street and they don't stock it and cant be exchanged. Very unhelpful.
It is really frustrating if u have the receipt and cant be helped.
I don't understand why a product from game cant be returned regardless of which game it is bought.
We don't go into town often and now will be hard to exchange it.
Really disgusting service.
