Customer Service???

I have the above metnioned reference number for a complaint that was logged a few weeks ago...
after intial response, nothing again...

Tried contacting the Customer Service team on 0800 203 925 today, got thru 1st time... lady asked me to hold on... 8 minutes later, still holding..no response...
called again... got thru to a gentleman who claimed he could not hear me
called again... lady asked me to hold on while she goes thru the query... 10 minutes later... call was dropped?

What's up guys???
