I would like to forward my deepest gratitude to Beauty in the sanlam center branch Ranburg, she was my service hero by far.. My inlaws account is held at the katlehong branch in the eastrand which wasnt conducted correctly and it came to a point were the stove was almost repossessed, i couldnt get much assistance from the katlehong branch Telephonicaly, i drove in the sanlam center branch and was refferd to Beauty who turned the most awful customer service i just recieved to a superb one, also assisted to avoid all the stress we would've been in if the stove was staken, i must stress the fact her people skills, respect and willingness to help can grow the store and herself in the process. You are a valuable assest to the company in my books and i hope they realise that and thank you again.
