No response after 10 days of logging a complaint

I logged a complaint on 13 August 2013 with a reference number of 1308130220/GO.
After contacting the call center on 0800 20 39 25, the guy answering the phone has the audacity to say that the complaint has been sent to the store assistant manager and that the manager will respond when he responds!
This guy didnt even bother to escalate the query, he said he is not obliged to do so and that it is all in the manager's hands! He really need to go for some sort of customer service training or he should get a warning, I really wish I had taken his name down
Furthermore, Edgars Clearwater has still not contacted me regarding my query! Do you guys not even bother about contacting your customer and atleast giving feedback? This is indeed disgusting behaviour from management.
