Completely incorrect invoice, TERRIBLE call-centre

I called Nashua Mobile today to query an invoice. I spoke to a young lady, Perelani, who couldn't help me with my query regarding my massive account, but promised to call me back and put me through to someone who could. She called back within a minute, and put me through, where I was immediately put on hold. I then stayed on hold for at least half an hour.

Please bear in mind that this is NOT a toll-free number. Even phoning the account query number directly, I had to be on hold for 10 minutes, then I was asked what I needed, then put on hold for ten minutes before I even got through to Perelani. For those counting, that's almost an hour on hold.

Disgusting, Nashua.
