I laid a complaint with Nedbank last week, a lady by the name of Sonja who was very sweet assisted me and cleared it up with regards to a refund to money that was being debited from my account which wasn't supposed to be. I sent through the relevant documentation and I got a response from 1 of the guys in that department asking why it took me so long and that I wont be getting my money back! So i phoned today to query this and a lady at the call centre put me on hold for 10 minutes without coming back to me in between, i cut the call and called back only to be told that 1 of the team leaders will contact me in time! Is this how customers are treated?
