I opened my account online and went to Vaal Mall to collect my card on Saturday 20/07/13. When I got there I had to wait for Madam Jwalane to finish her conversation with her colleague from another department who was talking bad about a customer right in front of me (another customer- HOW PROFESSIONAL!!!). When I finally did get Her Royal Highness' attention she asked with attitude where my drivers licence was? I told her I only have my ID book because the sms I got said I must bring my Id book. I was then told my ID book is "not right". Then she just got up and left and when came back she told me to come back during the week. When I asked why? she replied: "because the department does not work on weekends. they will ask you questions and if you did open that account you won't have a problem answering their questions"
