Shocking treatment

My sons report was withheld by his school (Parkside Primary) due to a missing book. I was told that I must pay for the book immediately or I would not get the report.

I was made to wait the entire day then I was made to feel like a criminal as I had to then go to the police station to get a affidavit stating that I would pay for the book in a week. This was done before it was established who actually was responsible for the missing book. I have never felt such anger or humiliation.

Please can this be attended to urgently.
