Treated like a CRIMINAL

I have NEVER been treated like a low life criminal like this. Few minutes ago when I went back to the hotel, at the security gate I realized that I forgot my key. The arrogant, self absorbed, rude security guy refused me entry. He asked me if i was a guest or i came to book in, i said Im a guest and have been here for almost 2 weeks. He said I should sign in the book, as he gave me the book I asked him for his name, he refused with it and snatched the book from me because he was aware that his name is in there. I told him that I want to report his behavior, he then told me that if thats the case, I will stand there by the gate he wont open for me. Two security guys came to check what was happening, I related the incident to them and asked for the name, they also refused to give me his name. Finally the other security guy intervened and made me sign, thats when i saw the name in the book (Kalubi from Axon security company). When he opened for me, I went to the front desk to get his supervisor's name, yhoo the lady with the dreadlocks told me to go google the info and stop bothering her as she has serious clients to attend to. Her attitude explained why she wasnt wearing a name tag
