I have been to the store twice over a period of 3 weeks. Spoken to exactly the same sales representative. Left my contact details with specific requirements (written up in a dairy). I am still waiting for feedback on the sale of an item off the floor - the discount (as suggested), cleaning of the item and the measurements. If all of this had been followed through I would have already purchased the item 2 weeks ago.

On both occasions the sales representative has not come back to me (despite promises of the next day or within 20 minutes) - we are now 3 weeks into request.

Seriously what is happening to servicing the customer with very basic requirements... we are spending good money and simply looking for good service?
