Poor response to customers, Unhappy services

I came to wadeville testing ground to book a date for my licence and I was here at exactly half past 8 and they say I am too late to book they say that u can not book after half past 8 and I know that is nonsense due to every licence department books the whole day!!!As a concerned customer I approached the supervisor and he has an attitude with me, giving me a lecture about how I should wake up early and be here by 7 when they only open at 8, where's the logic in that. He has a bad attitude and thinks he owns this place
