I tried to book an accommodation in Durban for December from the 13th to the 17th firstly they refused telling me that I have to book 7 days and nothing less what must I DO IF I DO WANT TO BOOK for the whole week.
When we took the contract we were never told that we are forced to book a certain time. After refusing to book the whole week we were told there is no accommodation available for the dates.
I asked for their Boss to call he never is it because I am black that I am not an important client. I need to cancel their membership and get all the payment I made so that I can be able to have my holiday/vacation my way.
