On 23/07/2013 at 8 i phoned ctm to enquire about pricing for laminated flooring. I was told by the in store sales consultant that they have a special on 8mm thick flooring for a price of 89.90 per squire meter. I then asked him if they have stock and if he is sure if it is the 8mm thickness and do they have it in various colour ranges. He then confirmed it and i told him that i would be in store about within an hour or two. Upon arrival i was told that it is not a 8mm thickness and that they have no stock and that it is only one or two colours available. I then spoke to the floor manager named Tami and i was told if i can not name the sales consultant that he can do nothing for me Very rudely. I then asked to phone there customer care service from inside the store and after talking to them they said they would phone me back. After a while in store they phoned me back and said exactly what the floor manager told me and said that they can not take responsibility. I then asked if i can speak to the relevant deparment sales consultant but was told that i can speak to anyone. They Dont want to assist me and say that i need to name the consultant but anyone instore can help mewithproducts
