Bed not delivered - Pathetic Service

Ordered a bed on the 31/03/2013 from dial-a-bed in Arbour crossing Durban to be delivered to Jhb on the 06/04/2013. Phoned the store on the 02/04/2013 just to confirm that the delivery is on track because I am moving to jhb on the 05/04/2013. Consultant advises me that the order will take 48hrs to be processed and then 2 working days to be delivered. Phoned on sat the 06/04/2013 and the consultant advises me that there is no stock of the mattress and they don't know when new stock will arrive. Very frustrated as the sales consultant who initially did the sale confirmed that stock was available and therefore I paid in full. Phoned the store on monday 08/04/2013 and the consultant advises that she will get back to me. Phone the next day and the consultant states that the bed had been delivered already. I am outraged as no bed had been delivered. She said she will call me back with feedback. Calls me back and now the base has been damaged and they are sourcing a new base. Consultant phones back on the 10/04/2013 and states that the bed will de delivered on sat 13/04/2013. Phoned the store on sat 13/04 and the manager states that the bed will definitely be delivered. 14/04 AND NO BED!!
