Still waiting for replacement stove

I bought a TEK stove from Beares Wonderpark in April 2012. Soon I had problems with the stove. They've send a technician to repair. During December 2012 the stove plates started to rust. I have reported it to the branch manager, she confirmed the supplier is closed during December and will handle it in January 2013. January 2013 came and gone. I eventually went to Beares and asked them what is happening, they used the excuse they have moved shops and are awaiting Telkom for the new lines. So after sales service out the window. I logged a complaint on the Ellerines website. Received a mail back they are looking into it. Soon after I had to follow up again. A lady phoned me about two months ago, confirming they are awaiting feedback from TEK to replace the stove. Ever since then, not a word from anybody. The service is pathetic and you as the customer have to follow up the whole time. Off course they have received their money and is only concerned about potential buyers and no after sales service. I will not buy from them again and rather spend a few rand more and buy from another supplier. I am waiting for my stove!
