Good Day

Last year February 2012 we had our whole house fitted with wooden floors (bought and fitted by LFW). On our quote we were quoted for screeding (was not done according to fitters not necessary). Few months the floor near out kitchen and front door started going in, flooring down the passage had gaps in and the filling started to ooze. Plus 2 of the floors had chips in. I phoned them to report the incident. Emile (manager) and Ashley (sales man) came out to view the problem and said they would have it sorted out. It is now 2 months down the line and we are still struggling to have our floors fixed. Now other fitters (also working for LFW) have come to look at the problem and can sort it out (even they are shock at the way the floors are laid). They were suppose to come sort the floor out today (08/04/2013) cant come because the store did not order the material. When we called the store and asked what the problem was Ashley said he knew nothing about it we must speak to Emile (tried his cell did not answer now his phone is off). Oh they say we must pay for the repair of the flooring? This is just the story in a nut shell.
