Poor Service/false advertising

During december I went to the store to buy the lounge suit. I bought it & expected the delivery by next week or so, they told me my delivery was going to be on the 04 Jan. On the 04th only 1 couch was delivered instead of 3 and it was broken then i called their warehouse for explanation they refer me back to the store advising me that is not them who ordered 1 couch is the store thinking the must be some kind of mistake, then call the store tell them the problem and I was told the sales consultant is currently on leave. After numerous calls requested to speak to the manager & explain whole story. Then kept on calling them. The manager called me back and told me ' he doesnt understand why the sales consultant sold me those couches as the is currently no stock for them, he then promised me that by monday the sales person will be back they will discuss and call me to advise me when are they going to have stock, or give me other choices. after that still no calls no reply waited everyday then I call the manager he told me he is not involved he didnt sold me the couches, Then they came & exchange the broken 1 still waiting for the other 2 still Its nearly a month no word, dissapointed
