I would like to lay a formal complaint against Pick 'n Pay Cherry Lane Management. I buy at this shop every day my company has an account with them on the 22nd July 2013. I came to the shop as usual to buy 10 packs of Still water and 10 packs of sparkling bottled water.
I normally have 2 guys that assists me brilliantly with my full trolley groceries their names Jacob and Jakson, I would pay them with pick and pay point. I give them point as my way of thanking them for consistency to being great at what they do with a smile,
On the above mentioned date I asked Jakson to give me his SS Card so that I can swipe for point. I do this to help them with food for lunch or maybe some few groceries they could get if they have more points saved. on the day Denis and some other mangers called him and warned him that if he is to do that, that would be and he would lose his job, how heartless can you be. those are my point and I can give them to whoever I want . you pay them peanuts yet you don't approve of them receiving any tips or points. You are heartless and cruel those are my points I can give them to whoever I want. he did not offer his card I asked.
