I recently purchased a few items from Foschini and I was very disappointed to discover that the quality of the clothing wasn't up to Foschini's standards. I purchased a pair of jeans from the Canal Walk branch and when I got home found that some of the studs on the pockets were missing before I even got a chance to wear them. A week later I went to the Kenilworth branch where I purchased two pairs of knitted stockings and a pair of boots. Within a few days (2-3 days) the stockings had loose threads (first time wearing them) and the back of my one boot started wearing down. I then decided to send an e-mail complaint to Foschini. I still haven't heard back from them and this must have been about 2 - 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed Customer.
