Sharp Nail stuck inside sole of Shoe

I purchased 2 x pair of boots on the 3rd of May 2013, from CITY GIRL STORE in the CITY VIEW Shopping Centre. The black one that i purchased, I had only made use of today (24/05). I tried on one leg of each boot to see if it fits properly on the day of purchase. I put the black boots on today & on my way to work, I realised that there was something sharp in the sole of the shoe where my toes where. I took the boot off when I got to work & felt a sharp nail sticking out of the boot! The boots have studs on the sides & in the front & this was not placed in the shoe properly! Luckily, I saw this & had a pair of stockings on which protected my toes from getting cut & the stockings got torn a bit by the area where the nail was sticking out! This is a serious matter & I would like this to be resolved immediately or I will be taking this up with the consumer board of council&Wendy Knowler. I would have reported this to customer care, if i could find a contact number! Why pay so much for something you cant wear. Luckily I had seen this early enough and before getting seriously injured! PLEASE TREAT THIS AS A MATTER OF URGENCY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
