Recently we have opened an account with Bears Stores in Trade Route Lenasia, the service we received there was fantastic. There was a mess up with my husbands cell phone number, he arranged for them to bring the contract through to our place for it to be signed, and the sales rep and Brenda came to our home to have the documents signed - that is what I call Going the Extra mile and outstanding customer service.
I believe that these 2 ladies deserve a reward or certification for a job greatly done.
