R800 for a Pair of Sissy Boy Jeans & Falling Apart

I am such a Sissy Boy Fan, despite the fact that they are pricey. I believe if something fits & the quality is good - sold! I have bought tons of items from Sissy Boy Waterfront, however I love the gym pants ( -R 600) & the Jeans (R699 - R899). Over the past 2 years, I have easily bought over 15 pairs of SB Jeans (& other items from the Waterfront SB too). At just under R 1000 a pair, Id say its quite an investment, but again, the quality is normally good & should something go wrong, you can get a new pair or they can fix them.
I am sad to say, that after loving SB brand I am deeply disappointed!
I bought a pair of Jeans less than a year ago & the rips (meant to be a funky look) just ripped badly as well as the embellishments & studs on the back pockets came out.
I have jeans that I have bought before this pair - with no problems! When I took my jean in to be fixed, I did not expect a new pair, however I did expect that they wold be repaired. Long story short - After driving back & forth (I stay 50km away from the store), the rips were fixed, but I was told they cannot fix the studs or the embellishments.
What's the point of a SB "the bum jean" with an ugly/broken "bum"?
:(
