I bought a knit jersey from Foschini, Eastgate recently and when I wore it for the first time, I discovered that the sleeve was not finished properly and was unraveling. Unfortunately, I had was already on my way to work and could not go home to take it off to return it that day. I had also thrown the tags and receipt away. I contacted Foschini via their website and requested advice on what I should do with the jersey as I really like it and would like to replace it with one of better quality. I didn't hear anything from anyone for nearly a week. I again sent a request via their website asking for a response to my original query and still haven't heard anything. It should be a simple thing to resolve and I wasn't originally angry but now am feeling quite disappointed and let down. Are Foschini avoiding me???
