I bought a pair of shoes for my wedding at foschini. A few days later i bought a diff pair at Luella and decided i would return the foschini pair as i wasnt gonna wear it. when i returned it the lady didnt want to accept it saying its dirty. i was shocked cos u could see the shoe was not worn. i told her i bought it like that. she didnt beleive me and said she remembered me the time she agave me the shoe it was clean. found that strange as it was ovr a week. The manager also didnt beleive me and they kept on talking to each other which is very unprofessional from their expressions it seemed as if they were talking about me. After about 20 to 30 mins they took the shoes. I felt humiliated and embarrased. They had both sides ofvthe pair on the floor so custaomers were trying on both sides hence the marks on both
