Somerset West branch was requested to reimburse me for the Dolphin mop. Nozipho informed me that I should deposit the money into Homemark's account, once I received the money and then a new Dolphin mop will be delivered, which happened swiftly after the money was deposited. Despite not quite getting the result that I had wanted (which was getting my money back), Nozipho was helpful.
