I ordered several items from Stylemology's online shop several days ago. I received the order timeously and was very happy except that one item, a jacket, did not fit. I referred to their online support and FAQs to see how to exchange the item and followed all the steps outlined. Only after the item had been returned did they inform my that an exchange was not possible and they can only offer me a voucher or a refund, neither of which I want.

The items were bought on sale but there are no exceptions in their returns/exchange policies which state that sale items can't be returned.

Considering that it's an online shop and items can't be tried on before purchase I find it completely unacceptable that you can't exchange something that doesn't fit.
