I went to exchange the shoes my brother bought for me, I was told they cannot exchange but can do the credit, I was told if I need to exchange I must go back to where they were bought from as the info on the invoice doesn't give much info and the card will be also needed. I then asked if I credit where are they going to get the info and why can't they do the same when exchanging. I tried to explain to the cashier that she is not being real as I managed to exchange the clothes at another branch the other week but they didn't say anthing like that, or. Does their policies differ from one branch to the other.. The lady just walked
out on me and I asked to speak to the manager and was told he will be on duty only on Friday and I shud come back then. I must say I'm really disappointed in the service that I was given considering that I have been a. Customer for quite a long time.
