I went to the store on sunday 28/04/13 and I wanted to exchange baby clothes That I had bought from their stores on 16/03/13. The clothes were in a good condition with all the tags attached showing that the clothes were never worn. Firstly she asks me where i bought the clothes I tell from their branch I didn't have a slip and she went in she went to the back and took 45 minutes to get the slip and when she comes she is with the manager to tell that they cannot exchange as the clothes were bought more than a month ago and there is nothing they can do for me, I tell her that I had bought the clothes for my niece who lives in NW and that was the only time the had brought them back to me and she bostly tells that there is so much and they can't exchange for me and I ask her what should I do with the clothes and she tells that I should look for a child that age and sell or give the clothes too.
