Good day

I went to Woolworths Randfontein on Sunday 13th to exchange the shoes i bought for my daughter in Clearwater, when i got there, the cashier assisted me however she said to me that they ringed the bar code for size 4 while the shoes are size 3. She then called the manager on duty (Chaleen Modise). Chaleen then comes to tell me that i must go back to Clearwater Woolworths to exchange as she is not willing to help. I then explain to her that all I need is to exchange the shoes and I can't drive to Clearwater to exchange them while I can do it in Randfontein. She has the audacity to tell me not to fight when i try to explain to her and rolls her eyes. I then said i am not going to Clearwater they must call them to sort out the problem. the cashier who had customer service skills called Clearwater to sort this out, she then explains to Chaleen that Naomi from Clearwater says they can exchange it for me. she replies to "oh ok as long as i am not going to be short of the size" they (Clearwater) can be short. To me Woolworths is Woolworths but she doesn't see it like that. she has bad attitude lacks customer service. And speaks loud while we all can hear her negative comments.
