I bought a new lounge suit on the 11/11/2012 and delivered on the 15/12/2012, on the 09/02/2013 reported a faulty 3 seat couch that the bottom had collapsed, the claims department collected couch on the 19/02/2013, no follow up on repairs from the suppliers i had to phone and find out what was happening with the progress of the repairs, i was told on the 12/03/2012 that the couch was repaired and would be delivered on the 14/03/2013, couch arrived to my house all dirty and repairs were not done, send it back and when i went to meet with warehouse at about 11.00 nam my new couch was standing on the pavement on full blow of the sun, i was told that the couch was repaired and when i asked them to show it to me they didn't know, i showed them and again it was sent to the repair, also i was told that the selling branch lodged the call for the repairs and they did not know what should have been repaired, also top management was contacted and to date no response has what is going to be done with my couch, i feel that they should replace my couch as this is starting to look very untied, what apathetic service from this company.
