Couch Being fixed for the 4th time

My mom bought a couch at mega couch, we hardly at home but the couch is gone for repair for the 4th time and everytime they bring the couch is still not fix and they claim the couch was fixed. The attitude that was given to my mom was very bad and she refused to take the couch back, the couch is been gone for repair for about 2 and couple of weeks now and still comes back unrepaired. for the money that was paid for that couch is too much and we already taking it for repair 4th times already. maybe if we had kids and staying there full time that would have explained the reason, but in this case there hardly anyone at home. all we want is the money back because clearly the sell fong kong. we even going to seek healp from speak out to assit with the matter.
