I bought a couch at Boardmans North gate somewhere is September, in October the couch was making some funny noise when we sat on it. I went to the store to report the matter. I was informed that the supplier will contact me. The supplier did contact me and sent someone to come and inspect the couch. The person who came confirmed that it was making a noise.
The supplier phoned me again in January telling me that they are coming to collect the couch. I thought that since they are coming to collect it then they will replace it because I haven't had it for long. I got the shock of my life when I got home and found that they had dropped a couch that was different to what I had purchased, very small and uncomfortable.
I thought that they had made a mistake but no, I was informed that it was a loan couch as they are busy fixing mine or checking what might be the problem.

The supplier phoned me on the 5th of February telling me that they didnt find anything wrong with the couch but they put in more foam to stop the noise.why did they put in more foam if there was nothing wrong with it? I bought a new couch and there is no way iam going to accept a repaired couch.
