Aapplied for a black credit card in Feb 12. Notice of decline on 24/02/12 reaso is the minimum credit criteria have not been met. Upon enquiry, referred to TransUnion. TransUnion confirmed a 100% clean record an excellent credit risk. I have no debt and earned in excess of R 1 million.

Since then I have been trying to find the reason for the decline. This is a legal right in terms of the NCA. Spoken to the following people who just ignore the request and advise me to apply again.

On 2/12/2012 I reportedt on their website threatening them with the Ombudsman. Marleiine Dollman responded informing me that it was referred to new business. No further contact since. On 14/01/13 I received a mail from MySchool informing me that my Woolworths credit card has been linked to the reward program at my request. I do not have a woolworths credit Card. Queried in referred me to Woolworths customer care. Spoke to Chantelle Filander on 15/01/13 who referred it to Ayesha Greighan and promised a 24 turnaround. 4 working days later nothing. Concerned about a on a credit card
