Good day,

a while ago i lodged a complaint more for information purposes regarding the exchange/ return times on a defected item. i bought another (3rd) pair of jeans at centurion edgars on 28/5/2013 that again stretched to two sizes too big and also had a stitching loose on the pocket (which i bough like that and my colleague can attest to this). i took it back to edgars brits on saturday and got the worse service ever (lodged a complaint with edgars already) where the manager accused me of breaking the stitching myself and told me to look at clothes when i pay that price for it. i was appalled with his unprofessional manner and said he wanted proof of reference that guess advised that i could take back an item within 6 months from purchase as per the CPA knowing this as i am an attorney myself. He refused to assist me even with me having the slip, the guess tags and the price tag still and i told him that if a rush out at lunch and grab a jean i expect the quality im paying for, he also mentioned that if theres a defect like the stitching they should make a note on the slip which wasnt done and i certainly cant be held accountable for edgars staff not knowing or doing this.
