I purchased a pair of guess jeans from edgars pavilion on the 08 June on my account and when I got home I realised the jean does not suite me. I live in Pietermaritzburg, so I decided to go to Edgars at Midlands Mall to exchange the jean. I went to the customer service dept and was helped by a young female which did not have a name badge. I asked if they could please credit or exchange my jean because I am not happy with it. I did not have my receipt on me at the time. I was told that I cannot return the jean as it is fake. I asked for them to have a look at my account to see the purchase that was made at the Pavilion branch which she did not. She told me its not from them and if I want to return it I must go back to the pavilion. my jean was then taken to the back office to a supervisor or manager to show it to them, she then came back and told me they say its fake and not Edgars product. the cashier next to her entertained her and remarked look at the stitching its fake. I did not want to upset myself so I called Edgars customer care. The tags are on the item, it was bought on my account, does Edgars sell fakes? I am a retail store manager and this is disgusting service from Edgars
