My wife bought a top at Edgars Riverside. R300! The stitching coming loose right at the front of the top, didnt want to stitch it herself cos 1.Its brand new and 2. Its got seams and beads where stitching needs to be done. I went to exchange it when the lady said she has to source it. I received a sms saying they sourcing, on the 17 Feb I went to enquire and the lady said system says its been sourced and on its way via couriers, the next week I received sms saying it couldn't be sourced. Today I went to refund it, they refused to refund for R300 only at DISCOUNTED price which is about half the price, because the slip is older than 30 days... Halloooo they took forever to source and then come back saying they couldn't! Anyway the lady said they'll give it to alterations in the shop, I received the top back same day but they only made it worse, they made a solid straight line through where it should be rounded! Is this spitefull? I am realy upset about this, why wouldn't they refund the product as it is clearly faulty on their side and still brand new. This is the after sales service that one gets at "Edgars"!
