In ITC due to Mr Price's stupid erro

I had an account which was paid up about a year or 2 ago but today, when I went to get something for my family, I was told I am in ITC. I paid up this account about a year or too ago and I dont know why you did this. I do remember that I delayed a payment but it wsa only for 2 weeks and then I paid my account. It wasnt eve 3 months. Are you that money hunry or you just like praying on others Mr Price & Daniel Malan? Your work ethics. Big time. And you didnt even call us to say you were going to take that action so we could rectify it. When we call your call center, we're told it ws an error. How convinient. Mr Price & Daniel Malan, please get off your high horse and clear our name ASAP so we can go on with our life. I need this done as in yesterday cos this due to your incompetence Mr Price & Daniel Malan and your company policies. DO NOT CALL us with an apology cos it wont make a deference, when you call us, TOMORROW! it will call to tell us that our name is clear. DO NOT GET OFF TEH PHONE WITH THE ITC until they have cleared our name. The of your stuff put us there. Take us out Daniel Malan NOW!! WE are humans too & our lives to matter. Not to you Daniel Malan, to but others
