I visited Edgars East Rand Mall on 09/03/2013 to exchange summer clothing that my daughter got for her birthday for larger sizes or a refund/voucher to purchase other clothes. As the clothing was not on display/in stock anymore I went to Customer Services. The lady there informed me that I will now ony get the marked down price for the clothes as I do not have the slip. She started and the first 2 items was marked down from R169.00 to R79.00. I then request her to stop in order for me to see if I can get the slip from the person who purchased the clothes, but unfortunately the person informed that they have already disposed of the slips. The tags is still on the clothes and I thing it is ridiculous to receive lose more than 50% of an item for which the original purchase prices was paid for. Not very happy, as I'm a Edgars customer and never had any problems before.
