Bad service

Only ONE staff member at customer services. Edgars customers service are really pathetic. Had to wait for 20 minutes, and still no one came to help. I bought a Guess jean and the stitching came loose with only one wear. What is it with Edgars quality?? Sick and tired of bad service there.
