Good day,

I am absolutely appalled by the service i received at the Brits Mall Edgars on Saturday. A while ago i hallo petered Guess about their jeans stretching two sized too big after one wear and was advised that i can within 6 months from purchase as per the CPA take back the jean. This I did on saturday whithout washing and ironing the jean and hiding the fact that i have worn it one and again the same trouble as previously. The lady who assisted called the floor manager telling me that he needed to authorize the transaction and when he arrived he looked at the jean (which had a piece of stitching loose at the pocket when i bought it) making it sound like i tore the stitching and asking why i dont look at clothes when i pay this much and immediately standing there wanting my hallo peter guess reference. i was shocked that this man said this as i pride myself in honesty and intergrity! and that my financial affordability has nothing to do with him also when i run into a shop a lunch time a dont double check the purchase and expect good quality for a price like that i dont need to be made out a and not being assisted.
