On the 19/05/2013-25/05/2013 i went to american swiss to hand in my wedding ring to get the claws fixed (we bought the ring from the same store) we were told that it will take a week. on the 08/06/2013 16:44 i collected the ring payed 1354.32 only to get home to see that the one diamond is missing. i went back the same night to book in the ring again so that they can replace it. Fatima (lady that works there) was very neverminded like this is somethingh that happens all the time. I left and was told that the ring should be back on the 15th. On the 14/06/2013 i called the store and the lady I spoke to advised me that i can collect my ring on the 15/06/2013, i told her i will be there first thing in the morning because i need to be somewhere. and she still advised me that its ok it will be there, because the jeweller drops off the rings and whatever 6 o clock in the morning. only to get there and find out that the ring is not there on the 15/06/2013. the lady at the counter said i must wait till tuesday before they can give me an answer. REALLLY!!! And treating me like im the one that is wrong and making me feel like im making a scene over nothing! im so sad about the way im treated.
