I am very dissapointed with the service I got

I bought a ring on the 25th of May 2013 for the amount of R870.00. The ring was to small so they had to resize it for me. On the 29th of May 2013 I collected the ring and paid R60.00 for the resizing. THat night I took my ring off and the next morning my 2year old son took the ring and I then ask him to give it back he held the ring in his hand and then threw me with it, the ring fell on the floor and one of the small diamond stones fell out, and I notice that the whole ring were scew. When I try to fix it, it broke. I took it back to American Swiss Carnival Mall on the 15th of June 2013 and they phoned me now to give me the quote to fix it of R520.00. I think this is ridiculous I paid nearly R900.00 for a ring only wore it one night and now they want to charge me R520.00 again.
